Welcome Nedrs. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nedrs website and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEDRS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nedrs, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, or products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Application guidance

Nedrs provides guidance and support throughout the application process to increase the chances of being accepted into educational programs. Nedrs does not guarantee admission, as the decision is made by the school and their admission committee. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are paying for the application and guidance services provided by Nedrs and not for admission itself.

Changes to Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you
